Teri's love for the shore began 30 years ago when she relocated from Medford Lakes to Cape May. Teri became interested in real estate when she met her husband Donny, a skilled craftsman. Together they purchased their first " fixer-upper" property near the bay in 1994. Before long, Teri and Donny were on the move! The past years have held many adventures in home renovating, endless hours of hammering and sawing, designing layouts and finding a way each time to stay on budget. Teri feels her experience as being an investor has given her great knowledge in all aspects of the real estate market. While always choosing the expertise of Apex Realty to purchase and sell her homes in the past, Teri felt inspired to obtain her real estate license in 2018. Teri enjoys working with people and puts every bit of effort into helping clients purchase and sell their homes as if it was her own. During her down time, Teri enjoys spending time with her husband Donny, son Benjamin and her wonderful puppy. Teri and her family enjoy the beach, boating and travel. Teri is eager to see what the future has in store, for the meshing of Apex Realty and deSatnick Real Estate.
