This is a great getaway no need to make reservations with hotels and rental homes, this is your place for the summer! Come and go as you please with an enjoyable relaxing atmosphere just to get away from it all. Close to all beaches and Wildwoods famous boardwalk, restaurants, or just cook or grill at your place. Then sit by the campfire and relax. This is a one-bedroom, one bathroom park model with two pull out sofa beds in the living room. The yearly fee is $4,736. from April 15 until October 30. The dormer on the park model has a new roof, the deck is all wood with 4x4 posts. The deck roof was just redone new felt paper and rolled shingles. They had permits to install windows on the deck good until 2022 season, due to pandemic they never had a chance to install them so the windows were sent back. There is a new A/C unit, heater was never used. Park model is winterized every year by Cape RV. The pool and game room are at the front of campground. There are also, two lakes that are catch and release only, no swimming. There are horseshoe tournaments on the weekends, along with movie nights and other activities. This is a great child friendly and safe, fun place for all!
